                Delegate Pyles moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 1, lines 24 and 25, by striking out the words “and shall not exist after June 20, 2018” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “at such time as the Governor may decide that the state can no longer afford to fund it.”

                One page 2, section 1, line 26, by following the word “code” by striking out the comma, inserting a period, and striking out the remainder of the sentence.
